What the fee does not include
Tool licences, warehouse compute, and engineering time to ship events remain yours. We will not pretend a Studio Seat replaces an instrumentation sprint. If your engineers cannot touch production events during the eleven weeks, say so in the enquiry — we may suggest waiting a cohort rather than collecting a fee for homework you cannot complete.
VAT is added where it applies. Refunds follow the policy on our refund page.
