Refunds

This note covers fees invoiced by Dev Pulsebase for Reading Desk, Studio Seat, Weekend rooms, and House Briefing. Prices on the website are informational; the invoice is the contract. Nothing here removes statutory rights that apply to you in the United Kingdom.

Eligibility and timeframe

If you are a consumer, you may cancel a distance contract within 14 days of enrolment confirmation, unless you asked us to start delivering digital materials immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the cooling-off right. Studio sessions that have already been given in that period may be deducted at a reasonable rate.

After 14 days, a full refund is available only if we cancel the cohort, move it by more than 21 days without a remote alternative, or cannot supply the recordings we promised. A change of your work calendar is not, by itself, a full-refund event.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after week two of Retention Signal Architecture, we may offer a partial refund equal to unused live weeks minus the Reading Desk fee, because those materials will already have been opened. After week six, live weeks are treated as consumed. Weekend rooms are not split once the first Saturday has begun.

Non-refundable items

House Briefing travel booked at your request, printed booklets already posted, and private office hours that you attended are not refundable. Seat transfers to a named colleague in the same organisation are allowed once, if requested at least ten days before the first live session.

How to request a refund

Write to info@dev-pulsebase.digital with the cohort number, invoice number, and the email used at enrolment. You may also telephone 077 2831 7727 on Tuesday to Thursday, 10:00–16:00 GMT. We confirm receipt within two working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are paid back by the same method as the invoice settlement (bank transfer or card acquirer) within 14 days of approval. We do not refund in store credit. Currency is pounds sterling; any card-scheme conversion is outside our control.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel, you choose a full refund or a transfer to the next cohort at no extra fee. If a guest critic is ill, we substitute; that is not a cancellation.

Exceptions

We may refuse a refund where materials were shared outside the personal licence in our terms, or where homework was submitted using another person’s product without permission. Statutory rights for faulty service remain.
