Legal
Terms of use
These terms govern access to dev-pulsebase.digital and enrolment in Dev Pulsebase programmes. By using the site or submitting an enquiry you accept them. If you do not, close the page and do not send a form.
Who we are
Dev Pulsebase teaches App Analytics. The studio desk is at 50 Ings Lane; Deepdale; BD23 5ZA; United Kingdom. Contact: info@dev-pulsebase.digital and 077 2831 7727.
Acceptance
Using the public pages is permission to read, not a licence to copy course materials, the Signal Atlas booklet, or recorded critiques. Submitting the contact form is a request for correspondence, not an enrolment. Enrolment begins only when we send a written confirmation and an invoice.
Programmes and informational pricing
Fees shown on this website are informational. They are not an offer capable of immediate acceptance and there is no checkout. We may refuse a seat if the homework cannot be completed (for example, no ability to change production events). Dates, cohort size, and VAT treatment are confirmed on the invoice.
Intellectual property
Site copy, the Signal Atlas names, slide structures, and recordings remain the property of Dev Pulsebase. Students receive a personal licence to use methods on products they ship. They may not republish recordings, resell seats, or present the Atlas as their own productised framework. Student event dictionaries remain the student’s.
Student work and confidentiality
Live rooms will see whatever you paste. Do not paste secrets you are not allowed to share. We do not claim ownership of your telemetry. We may refer in anonymised form to patterns discussed in class (for example, “a grocery-delivery client”) unless you ask us in writing not to.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades it, attempt to break the mock form endpoint, or use studio materials to build a competing course that reproduces our syllabus structure. Critique of our methods in public is allowed; reproducing the booklet is not.
Liability
App Analytics advice cannot promise a retention number. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or decisions you take after a readout. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. For other losses our aggregate liability in a twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or £500 if you have paid none.
Site availability
Pages may be withdrawn for maintenance. External images are served by third parties and may fail without our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property.
